Layaway Instruction

LAYAWAY

Buy the bag of your dreams... in time

We offer a no-interest, no-fees layaway plan to make your dream bags a reality. Take up to 60 days to pay. 

To put an item on layaway, enter the code LAYAWAY at checkout. You will be prompted to pay a deposit of 30% of the order total (including any applicable tax) and you then have 60 days to pay the remaining balance. (Please note: no additional discounts can be applied towards layaway products.) After you put an item on layaway, we will email you an online invoice. Payments can be made in any amount at any time within the 60 days. Once paid in full, your bag is shipped!

Cancellations

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your layaway, email us and we will process the cancellation. Cancellations initiated within 30 days of the order date will be refunded the balance that has been paid towards layaway less a cancellation fee of 10% of the order total. Cancellations initiated after 30 days from the order date will forfeit all deposits and payments made towards the layaway order.

Returns

Layaway orders are eligible for exchange and store credit only. A return fee of 10% of the order total will be deducted from the final return. Send us an email within 2 business days of delivery and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the bag back to us.

Terms & Conditions

All layaway orders must be paid within 60 days. Any layaway not paid in full upon the expiration of the 60-day period will result in a cancellation of the order and the loss of your deposits.
