As the name suggests, it was designed to "never be full," and will easily accommodate the daily essentials and then some. It can be worn over the shoulder or on the elbow thanks to the long shoulder handles.

Overall: In excellent condition, with no visible signs of wear to the exterior coated canvas, interior textile lining, or hardware. However, minor creasing is present on the exterior canvas and the interior zip pocket lining due to flattening during storage.
