Chanel, a Parisian fashion house, was founded by Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel in 1909. She opened her first boutique on Rue Cambon in Paris, specializing in hat sales. Over time, the fashion house gained recognition for its elegant and timeless designs. In 1983, Karl Lagerfeld assumed the role of chief designer and held the title until his passing in 2019.
